12 Week Challenge

The 12 week challenge is based on Heidi’s book Lose Size & Energize which became a best seller in 2005 when it was featured on Channel 7’s Sunrise program.

Heidi’s book Lose Size & Energize s all about getting healthy. When you focus on becoming really healthy, your lifestyle symptoms sort themselves out, your body naturally starts to shed fat (if it needs to) and you also start to have more energy.

The 12 week challenge is designed to get you to put the information in the book into action because knowing something and doing something about it are two different things. Channel 9’s Dr Peter Larkins, who wrote the foreword for the book, says Heidi’s book ‘Heidi’s Lose Size & Energize’ ‘is a blueprint for healthy living’.

Heidi conducted her 12 week challenge live on Channel 7’s Sunrise program from September to November 2005 where two viewers were followed on air. Paul lost 12 kilograms, his back pain eased and his blood pressure went from being high to normal. Alison lost 8 kilograms and stated that ‘she has more energy to run after her two year old daughter whilst juggling a full time job’.  Another viewer’s cholesterol went from 7.5 to 3.7 simply by being dedicated to the lifestyle change and focusing on getting healthy!
