Heidi's Philosophy

Heidi believes that healing is a journey. It's not something you do once and never do again. Just like physical health and wellness, mental and emotional health and wellness is something that needs to be regularly worked at.

Heidi also believes that healing is something that works best when it's self directed. She does not insist her clients book in for regular sessions. Instead Heidi empowers people by teaching them how to tune into, rely upon and trust their own guidance and inner wisdom. 

Heidi's clients only see her for a one on one therapy session when they feel stuck and need help to move through an issue.

Heidi's aim is to put you back in control when it comes to your mental and emotional health. She's here to empower you and teach you how trust yourself so you can take loving action towards yourself and follow your own unique healing path.

Her work is extremely healing. But it’s not a quick fix! You’ve taken your whole life to become the person you are today and it's going to take time, patience and a willingness to learn and new way of being in the world for all this to change for the better.

How Heidi Works

Heidi works very differently to many therapists. She does not accept one off bookings. This is because she's committed wholeheartedly to the people she works with providing a combination of training and therapy over time so you achieve long term results.

She works holistically helping people to improve the relationship they have with their own self, others and life in general. This helps you to shed your ego's mask and start living more authentically.

Heidi has been told that her approach is very different and extremely healing because it easily locates and addresses the root cause of the problem.

Heidi has helped people with issues that include anxiety, depression, overwhelm, addiction, grief, loss, confusion, low self-esteem, PTSD, fear, rejection, procrastination, lack of motivation and self-sabotage.
